7. البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات شخصية

الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف (اختياري)، الصورة (اختياري)، المدينة / الدولة.

بيانات الاستخدام

الإعلانات، عمليات البحث، المراسلات، التفاعلات (إعجاب / إبلاغ).

بيانات تقنية

نوع الجهاز، النظام، عنوان IP (مجزأ / محجوب)، الكوكيز، إحصائيات استخدام مجهولة.

8. كيفية استخدام البيانات

تشغيل وتحسين الخدمة.
التحقق ومنع الاحتيال.
دعم العملاء.
تحليل الأداء (مجمّع / مجهول).
إشعارات تشغيلية وتحديثات.
الامتثال للقوانين.

لن نقوم بـ: • بيع بياناتك لطرف ثالث.
• مشاركة بياناتك دون أساس قانوني.

9. الحماية

نطبّق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية لحماية البيانات، منها تشفير النقل (TLS)، وقواعد وصول صارمة على الخادم، ومراجعة دورية للصلاحيات.

9-أ. بيانات الإعلانات في السوق

عند نشر إعلان في أقسام السوق (سيارات، عقار، أجهزة، حيوانات، أثاث، معدات، تقنية) نعالج ما يلي:

محتوى الإعلان: العنوان، الوصف، السعر أو «على السوم»، المواصفات، المنطقة والمدينة والحي، والصور، ومقطع فيديو واحد اختياري حتى 30 ثانية يُضغط على جهازك قبل الرفع.
رقم التواصل: لا يُعرض في الإعلان إلا رقم الجوال الموثّق برمز SMS على حسابك، ويُعرض فقط إذا اخترت إظهاره. لا يُسمح بكتابة أرقام تواصل داخل نص الإعلان.
الإعلانات العقارية: رقم رخصة الإعلان العقاري من الهيئة العامة للعقار وتاريخ انتهائها وصفة المعلن، وتُعرض علناً في الإعلان كما تقتضي الأنظمة.
الموقع: موقع العقار على الخريطة يُحفظ فقط إذا حدّدته بنفسك، ولا نتتبع موقع جهازك في الخلفية.
المراسلات والبلاغات: رسائل التطبيق والبلاغات تُحفظ لمعالجة النزاعات ومنع الإساءة.

الإعلانات ومحتواها عامة ويطّلع عليها جميع مستخدمي التطبيق. يمكنك إخفاء إعلانك أو حذفه في أي وقت من «إعلاناتي».

9-ب. البريد الإلكتروني والرسائل

نرسل رسائل التحقق من البريد واستعادة كلمة المرور من العنوان noreply@suhood.com أو support@suhood.com، ويُستخدم عنوانك فقط لتشغيل حسابك ولا يُشارك مع أي جهة تسويقية.

10. أطراف ثالثة (SDKs / APIs)

Google Firebase — تحليلات وخدمات (Analytics, Auth, Firestore, Functions, Cloud Messaging).
Google AdMob — عرض الإعلانات (Banner / Interstitial / Rewarded / App Open). يجمع معرفات الجهاز (IDFA على iOS)، عنوان IP، بيانات الاستخدام العامة، لأغراض عرض الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال الإعلاني. سياسة خصوصية AdMob.
Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) — إدارة موافقة GDPR / UK GDPR للإعلانات في أوروبا.
Apple ATT (App Tracking Transparency) — طلب إذن التتبع من المستخدم قبل استخدام IDFA.
Google Apps Script — معالجة بيانات.
Google Places API — المواقع.
Claude AI — تحليلات النصوص.
Apple In-App Purchase — معالجة المدفوعات داخل التطبيق.

الإعلانات المخصّصة: إذا وافقت على إذن التتبع (ATT) ووافقت على شاشة موافقة Google UMP (للمستخدمين في الاتحاد الأوروبي / المملكة المتحدة)، فقد يتم عرض إعلانات شخصية. يمكنك رفض ذلك في أي وقت من إعدادات iOS أو إعادة ضبط الخيار من داخل التطبيق.

11. المدفوعات داخل التطبيق

المدفوعات في التطبيق نوعان:

دراسات الجدوى والميزات المدفوعة • تُنفَّذ عبر Apple In-App Purchases.
• آمنة ومحمية من Apple.
• لا نصل إلى بيانات بطاقتك.
• مشترياتك مرتبطة بحساب Apple ID الخاص بك.

المعاملات بين المستخدمين (البيع والشراء والخدمات التقنية) • لا تتم داخل التطبيق إطلاقاً.
• أي ترتيبات مالية تتم خارج التطبيق.
• التطبيق مجرد وسيط للتواصل فقط.
• المسؤولية الكاملة على الأطراف المتعاملة.

12. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ بالبيانات طالما الحساب نشط. يمكن طلب الحذف أو إلغاء الحساب في أي وقت.

13. حقوق المستخدم (نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية)

الوصول أو تصحيح البيانات.
طلب الحذف.
إيقاف الإشعارات أو الإعلانات المخصصة.

14. الأطفال والقصر

التطبيق موجّه للبالغين (18+).
لا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عمداً.
قد نحذف أي حساب قاصر يتم اكتشافه.

15. القانون المعمول به

تُطبّق أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
قد تنطبق قوانين دولية عند استخدام التطبيق خارج السعودية.
اللغة العربية هي المرجع.

16. التعديل والإشعار

يحق لنا تعديل السياسة أو الشروط.
يتم إخطار المستخدمين داخل التطبيق.
الاستمرار يعني الموافقة على التعديلات.

7. Data We Collect

Personal Data

Name, email, phone (optional), photo (optional), city/country.

Usage Data

Ads, searches, messages, interactions (likes/reports).

Technical Data

Device type, OS, IP address (masked/blocked), cookies, anonymous usage statistics.

8. How We Use Data

Operate and improve the service.
Verification and fraud prevention.
Customer support.
Performance analysis (aggregated/anonymous).
Operational notifications and updates.
Legal compliance.

We will NOT: • Sell your data to third parties.
• Share your data without legal basis.

9. Protection

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), strict server-side access rules, and periodic permission reviews.

9-A. Marketplace Listing Data

When you post a listing in the marketplace sections (cars, property, devices, animals, furniture, equipment, tech) we process:

Listing content: title, description, price or "open to offers", specifications, region/city/district, photos, and one optional video clip of up to 30 seconds that is compressed on your device before upload.
Contact number: only the mobile number verified by SMS on your account can appear on a listing, and only if you choose to show it. Contact numbers inside the listing text are not allowed.
Property listings: the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) advertisement licence number, its expiry date and the advertiser type, shown publicly as the regulations require.
Location: a property's map position is stored only if you set it yourself. We do not track your device location in the background.
Messages and reports: in-app messages and reports are kept to handle disputes and prevent abuse.

Listings are public and visible to all app users. You can hide or delete your listing at any time from "My ads".

9-B. Email and Messages

Verification and password-reset emails are sent from noreply@suhood.com or support@suhood.com. Your address is used only to operate your account and is never shared for marketing.

10. Third Parties (SDKs / APIs)

Google Firebase — analytics & services (Analytics, Auth, Firestore, Functions, Cloud Messaging).
Google AdMob — advertising (Banner / Interstitial / Rewarded / App Open). Collects device identifiers (IDFA on iOS), IP address, and general usage data for ad serving, measurement, and fraud prevention. AdMob Privacy Policy.
Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) — manages GDPR / UK GDPR consent for advertising in Europe.
Apple ATT (App Tracking Transparency) — requests tracking permission before using IDFA.
Google Apps Script — data processing.
Google Places API — locations.
Claude AI — text analysis.
Apple In-App Purchase — in-app payment processing.

Personalized ads: If you consent to tracking (ATT) and accept the Google UMP consent screen (for users in EU / UK), personalized ads may be shown. You can opt out at any time via iOS settings or by resetting the choice inside the app.

11. In-App Payments

Two types of payments:

Feasibility Studies and Paid Features • Processed through Apple In-App Purchases.
• Secure and protected by Apple.
• We don't access your card data.
• Purchases are linked to your Apple ID.

User-to-User Transactions (Marketplace & Tech Services) • Do NOT occur within the app.
• All financial arrangements occur outside the app.
• The app is only a communication platform.
• Full responsibility is on the transacting parties.

12. Data Retention

We retain data while the account is active. Users can request deletion or account cancellation at any time.

13. User Rights (Saudi PDPL)

Access or correct data.
Request deletion.
Opt out of notifications or personalized ads.

14. Children and Minors

The app is intended for adults (18+).
We don't knowingly collect children's data.
Minor accounts detected may be deleted.

15. Governing Law

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia laws apply.
International laws may apply when using the app outside Saudi Arabia.
Arabic language is the reference.

16. Modification and Notification

We reserve the right to amend the policy or terms.
Users are notified within the app.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.
