1. Key Definitions

• App: "Suhood" platform for marketplace and feasibility studies.
• User: Any person using the app (registered or guest).
• Seller / Advertiser: Person who posts an ad for sale or rent.
• Buyer: Person who browses and contacts sellers.
• Content: Texts, images, and published data.
• Service: All features available in the app.

2. Rules and Prohibitions

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives.
• Drugs and banned substances.
• Counterfeit or forged products.
• Endangered animals.
• Pornographic or offensive content.
• Official documents or IDs.
• Personal data of others.

Also prohibited:

• Impersonation or misleading.
• Fraud or price manipulation.
• Sending spam messages.
• System hacking or misuse attempts.

3. Nature of Service

• App is an electronic intermediary connecting sellers and buyers.
• We don't intervene in negotiations or prices.
• We don't guarantee product quality or safety.
• Financial transactions between sellers and buyers occur outside the app and are parties' responsibility.
• Verifying products and sellers is the user's responsibility.
• We're not party to any transaction.

4. Feasibility Studies

• Guidance estimates, not investment advice.
• Based on assumptions and general data.
• We don't guarantee accuracy of projections or profits.
• Users are responsible for their decisions.
• Advised to consult specialists before making decisions.

5. Tech Services Marketplace — Mandatory Terms

Platform Nature

• Intermediary platform only — connecting service providers with clients.
• Financial transactions between service providers and clients occur outside the app and are the parties' responsibility.
• We don't guarantee project quality or timeline adherence.
• Service providers are independent, not our employees.

Allowed Services

• Legitimate app and website development.
• Design and business management systems.
• Technical consulting and support.
• AI and automation solutions.

Strictly Prohibited

• Malware or hacking.
• Intellectual property violations.
• Illegal systems development (gambling, fraud).
• Content violating Saudi regulations.

5-A. Classifieds Marketplace — Mandatory Terms

Responsibility for Listings

• The advertiser is fully responsible for the accuracy of the listing, its photos, video and price, and for owning or being authorised to sell what is offered.
• Suhood is a display platform only. It is not a party to any sale, purchase or payment between users and does not guarantee goods or prices.
• "Open to offers" means the advertiser receives offers and is not bound by any of them.

Property Listings

• A property listing is published only with a valid advertisement licence number from the Real Estate General Authority (REGA); the number, its expiry and the advertiser type are shown on the listing.
• Listings are hidden automatically when the licence expires. The advertiser bears any violation of the Real Estate Brokerage Law and its regulations.

Contact and Safety

• Only the mobile number verified by SMS on the advertiser's account can appear on a listing. Contact numbers or contact links inside the listing text or messages are not allowed.
• Publishing another person's personal data without consent is prohibited.
• Inspect and hand over in public places and never transfer money before receiving the item.

Prohibited Items

• Weapons and ammunition, narcotics or intoxicants, counterfeit or stolen goods.
• Endangered animals or animals whose trade is prohibited by law, and any offer violating animal-welfare regulations.
• Vehicles without legal documents, properties without an advertisement licence, and any goods or services that violate the laws of the Kingdom.

Section-Specific Terms

• Cars: the advertiser guarantees the accuracy of the vehicle data (model, year, mileage, condition) and valid registration and legal documents. Any transfer of ownership is completed through the official authorities outside the app.
• Devices: stolen, locked or counterfeit devices may not be listed. The advertiser must disclose defects and warranty status and wipe personal data before handover.
• Animals: the advertiser guarantees the accuracy of age, breed and vaccination data, complies with animal-welfare regulations and the requirements of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, and may not list prohibited or endangered species.
• Furniture and equipment: the advertiser must describe condition and defects accurately. Delivery and installation are agreed directly between the parties outside Suhood's responsibility.
• Tech services and My Office: sections 4 and 5 above apply.

Moderation

• Suhood may hide or remove any listing, comment or account that violates these terms without prior notice, and cooperate with the competent authorities on request.
• Any user can report a violating listing from inside the app.

6. Disclaimer

The app is not responsible for:

• Financial losses or disputes.
• Accuracy of user-published information.
• Product or service availability/quality.
• Service interruptions for technical reasons.
• Data or account loss.
• Direct or indirect damages.

15. Governing Law

• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia laws apply.
• International laws may apply when using the app outside Saudi Arabia.
• Arabic language is the reference.

16. Modification and Notification

• We reserve the right to amend the policy or terms.
• Users are notified within the app.
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.
